I appreciate spending my money on good, long lasting jewelry. I also like the fact the the owners acknowledge you and are very thankful for supporting them. Depend on what time of the year it is when you make a purchase, they mail the items in pretty boxes, wrapped in pretty paper with ribbon, along with care instructions.
